Mother's Day High Tea
Celebrate the special women in your life across Mother's Day weekend at two of Hyatt Regency Brisbane's signature venues: Lennons Restaurant & Bar and the rooftop Hibiscus Bar & Terrace.
Available Saturday 9 May & Sunday 10 May 2026, seatings run from 12:30 to 3:00 pm. Both venues share the same carefully curated menu by Executive Chef Fuji Taukatelata.
