Vouchers are issued and honoured by Olinda Tea House. Single use, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash. Valid through the expiry date printed on the voucher. Bookings are essential — quote the voucher serial number when reserving, and bring the printed PDF on the day. High tea sessions run for 2 hours; late arrivals may have a shortened sitting. Gazebo group bookings are Monday to Friday only (closed Tuesdays), excluding weekends and public holidays.
